Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Maitland Delineated Area: North: Route 434 East: Route 15, Route 436 South: Route 426 West: Interstate 4, Route 423, Route 17 (Orlando Ave), Lake Ave, E Kennedy Blvd, S Lake Destiny Rd, Lucien Way, S Keller Rd, Route 414, Route 434 Roue 15, Route 414, Route 434 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,347 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,347 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 120 Parking Spaces (Surface): 120 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Additional Requirements: Space MUST be located within the delineated area and MUST also be within Congressional District 7. Detailed and specific requirements will be identified in the RLP. Some general requirements/preferences to be considered are as follows: Preference will be given to space located on the second floor or higher. Space shall have 24 hour access 7 days per week and 365 days per year. Space shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of other facilities utilized for hazardous materials transportation or storage such as fuel storage, gas stations, chemical manufacturers, etc. Space shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices, or other facilities deemed unacceptable by the tenants Physical Security Unit. Preference will be given to facilities not located near other facilities such as day care centers, schools, hospitals, religious centers, and social service centers. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
