- REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration desires to lease approximately 65,186 usable square feet of contiguous secure vertical circulation OFFICE space with a minimum first floor plate of 24,000 usable contiguous space, with other floors to be contiguous in a multiple floor solution. The parking requirement is for nine (9) on-site reserved parking spaces for government vehicles and in addition, three hundred and sixty-six (366) parking spaces commercially available on-site or within 1/4 walkable mile for staff and visitors. Public transit must be within 1/2 walkable mile. Space must also meet the following requirements: 1. The public entrance to the building must be located more than 300 walkable feet to schools (K-12). 2. Offered space must be in a building that has earned the Energy Star label in the most recent year or will have obtained it prior to lease award, unless the offered space meets a statutory exception. 3. The space must be located within the folloiwng delineated area: North: 91 Freeway South: 22/405 Freeways/Jamboree Road to the 5 Freeway East: 5 Freeway West: 605 Freeway LEASE TERM: 15 years, 10 years firm EXPRESSSIONS OF INTEREST: Should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via email and should provide the following information: 1) Building name and address 2) Building ownership information 3) Rentable and usable square feet offered, including floorplate size and floors 4) Common Area Factor (Load factor) for available space 5) Date of space availability 6) Parking spaces available and costs, if any, associated with the parking requirements 7. Energy efficient and renewable energy features existing within the building. 8) List of building services provided. 9) Point of contact, address and telephone number.
