Description

Amendment 0004 04/12/2016 Issued Amendment 0004 to provide additional informatoin *** 02/16/2016 Issued Amendment 0003 to provide changes to the purchase description *** 02/11/2016 Issued Amendment 0002 to extend the closing date *** 01/06/2016 Issued Amendment 0001 to extend the closing date *** DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to procure two each CNC Dual Spindle lathes. The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion requested 180 days After Receipt of Order. Request for Quote SPM4A8-16-Q-0007 is Full and Open Compeition. A complete technical data package, VIBB 14-16-1014, including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, acccessories, installation and training requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin and final inspection and acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will issue on 11/16/2015 and close on 01/12/2106 with a site visist held at Cherry Point, NC on 12/15/2015. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation is attached.
