- The Missouri Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Chemring Energetic Devices Inc. located at 2525 Curtiss Street, Downers Grove, IL, 60515. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541380 and the size standard is $15,000,000.00. The requirement is to provide all labor, material, transportation, and equipment required for the repair and calibration of two (2) SCOT Oxygen Testers (NSN 04920-01-478-5195). The calibration and repairs for these oxygen testers will be at the contractors' facilities. The proposed effort will be solicited on the basis of other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The proposed effort will be procured in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures. Interested parties must submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency, to TSgt Joshua Zachariah (816-236-3379) or TSgt Adam Danner (816-236-3256) not later than 11:00 A.M. Tuesday 19 April 2016 at Joshua.r.zachariah.mil@mail.mil and adam.d.danner.mil@mail.mil.
