- Diagram of Flooring Remediation of Flooring SOW lead and asbestos analysis report Solicitation SF-1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number AG-4329-S-16-0001 is issued as a request for quotations and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-87. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 562910. The small business size standard is 750. This procurement is set aside for small business. Remediation of Flooring Main Office and Lab Building per attached Statement of Work An optional site visit must be scheduled between the 18 th and the 22 nd of April 2016 at USDA ARS 21 Dunbar Rd. Byron, GA 31008. Vendor requesting a site visit must provide an email address for project addendum or other clarifying information. Vendors shall inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the performance of the contract to the extent such information can be reasonably obtained. Direct any questions regarding this project to Sean Long, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Phone: 478-262-1283 or email: sean.long@ars.usda.gov Submittals should include: •1) To ensure no delay in project, location is requesting that vendors submit up to at least three (3) certified supervisor's names that will be available to be on-site. •2) A copy of the Company License. •3) Must supply a minimum of 3 projects completed in the past 2 years of similar type with current contact information. •4) Base quote Phase 1 2 nd floor (June 1-July 2016) •5) Option 1 quote Phase 2 1 st floor (April-May 2017) •6) All vendors must submit required information for quote to be accepted. Evaluation of Quote: The Government anticipates awarding a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offer or whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government will use contractors who have a track record of successful past performance or who demonstrate a current superior ability to perform. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale, provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. Acceptance of the standard commercial warranty does not waive the Government's rights under the Inspection clause nor does it limit the Governments' rights with regard to the other terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions of the contract shall take precedence over the standard commercial warranty. The contractor shall provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty (if applicable) with its response.
