Description

PWS J&A The U.S. Department of Labor, OASAM, BOC, Office of Procurement Services, Division III intends to solicit and award a sole source IDIQ, FFP contract for Materials and Technical Support for Quality Control of Gravimetric Filter Processing for DOL, OSHA, SLTC, in support of Compliance Safety and Health Office (CSHO), per approved Justification and Approval and attached Performance Work Statement to Zefon International, Inc., 5350 SW 1st Ln, Ocala, FL 34474-9303. The sole source award is utilizing the Authority. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) or FAR Part 6.302-1(b)(1)(i) and (2). The period of performance is for base year period plus four option year periods. This requirement will be processed using the NAICS 3334516 with a small business size standard of 1,000.
