- U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State: New Jersey City: Neptune Delineated Area: West Border: Route 34 between Route 33 and Belmar Blvd. · South Border: Belmar Blvd between Route 34 and Route 18 East Border: Route 18 between Belmar Blvd and Route 66 North Border: Route 33 between Route 34 and West Bangs Ave; West Bangs Ave between Route 33 and Green Grove Rd; Green Grove Rd between West Bangs Ave and Route 66; Route 66 between Green Grove Rd and Route 18 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,044 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,148 Space Type: Office Lease Term: 10 years, 5 years firm UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Space must be in a contiguous block of space. First floor, single floor, contiguous space is preferred. Space above ground level must be serviced by at least two accessible elevators, one of which may be a freight elevator. Basement or below grade space is unacceptable. Facilities with open/general public parking below the proposed space will not be considered. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.secure.force.com/AAAP, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-Reg2. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website (https://aaap.gsa.gov), select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during the Open Period. The next Open Period is Mayl 1, 2016 to May 7, 2016, ending at 11:59 PM EST. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. H owever, t he Government may choose to allow offers to be submitted during future open periods (1st through the 7th of every month) to adequately ensure competition to satisfy this solicitation. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time. However, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16­Reg2 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. All documents can be found at https://aaap.gsa.gov.
