- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Forest Service has an anticipated requirement to obtain services for cultural resource inventories and National Register of Historic Places site evaluations within project areas located on the Black Hills National Forest (South Dakota and Wyoming), the Medicine Bow National Forest and Thunder Basin National Grasslands (Wyoming), and the Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands (Nebraska and South Dakota). This will be a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to include a base year and two option years that will not exceed a shared ceiling price of $990,000.00. The Government reserves the right to make up to three awards. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: To ensure that you receive all information regarding this solicitation, you're encouraged to register for updates at www.fedbizopps.gov. It is anticipated that the solicitation (RFP) will be issued on or about April 27, 2016, with proposals due on or about May 26, 2016. The solicitation (specifications, clauses and provisions, and forms) will only be available electronically on the FedBizOpps website. Potential offerors must register with FedBizOpps in order to have access to the solicitation material.The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541990 Offerors submitting a Request For Proposal are required by the FAR to use the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov). SAM is a web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage, and viewing of many of the FAR required representations and certifications previously found in Solicitations. With SAM, vendors now have the ability to enter and maintain their representation and certification information. Vendors will need to review and/or update the SAM record when changes are necessary; annually to maintain an active status.
