- N65236-16-Q-1225 Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic (SSC Atlantic) requests competitive small business quotes for the following BRAND NAME ONLY requirement for CLARY. The material must be compatible and interchangeable with existing equipment. The existing system and associated system component are designated by official Navy design drawings and further designated on the SPAWAR PPIL/SSIL Approved Parts List (APL). Replacement items that are procured in support of Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES) TTE must be compatible and interchangeable with existing equipment. The requirement is for direct replacement parts for existing equipment, and no substitutions will be considered, this is a BRAND NAME ONLY Requirement: CLIN 001 CLARY PART# 100-15447 CMN4800-PD UPS 1 EACH CLIN 002 CLARY PART# 100-15176 CMN2400-PD UPS 1 EACH CLIN 003 CLARY PART# 100-15475 CMN9600DBR BATTERY PACK 2 EACH CLIN 004 CLARY PART# 223-15176-1 2.4K SLIDEOUT BATTERY 1 EACH DELIVERY TO: SAN DIEGO, CA This is a request for competitive quotes, the Government will accept quotes from all responsible small business sources with the capability to provide the support and will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, May 29th, 2016. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quotes will be prepared or made available for distribution.. Please include the following information on your quote: Payment Terms; FOB Point and Shipping costs if applicable; delivery date; Tax ID Number; Cage Code; POC e-mail address. The Government will accept proposals via email at: michelle.c.mcdonald@navy.mil. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 335999. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov.
