This RFQ (VA262-16-Q-0545), have been amend for the following changes: 1.The addition of two additional areas: Pet Scan, Nuclear Med HEPA filter change list: Bldg. 2 morgue, Bldg. 126 ER, Lab, Pet Scan, Nuclear Med, CCCU (2) units. North 4, DOU, PACU, SPS, South 8 and South 10. Bldg. 138 lab. Bldg. 150. Bldg. 164 pharmacy (2) units and ER. 2.The used HEPA filter be Vendor's responsibility shall be disposed by the contractor. 2.All shall be performed VA Long Beach Healthcare normal hours of operation from (7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. 3.The solicitation has been extended: The contractor shall e-mail me there solicitation by 1:00p.m., Friday, April 15, 2016.
