- This NSN 4820-01-535-4727 is a PARTS KIT, BUTTERFLY VALVE is a critical application item, will be solicited as a firm-fixed price RFP to obtain offer(s) for a single NSN large contract. Qty. 12 ea. No Option will be included Delivery Estimated 364 days ADO or best available FOB Origin Inspection Destination AMC/AMSC 3P FAT- not required DESTINATION TRANSPORTATION (FDT) PROGRAM applies. Procurement from approved sources only. Approved sources: Meggitt (North Hollywood) Inc., (79318) P/N 80251 ADEQUATE DATA FOR THE EVALUATION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PROCUREMENT AGENCY. THE OFFEROR MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE DATA PACKAGE INCLUDING DATA FOR THE APPROVED AND ALTERNATE PART FOR EVALUATION. Reverse Auction NOTICE: This solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Copies of this solicitation will be available by download from the internet at dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after April 26, 2016. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
