Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source delivery order with ProAim Medical to provide and install a Zeiss, Model 860, Humphrey Field Analyzer for the Joliet Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Joliet, Illinois. ProAim is the sole government distributor of the Zeiss, Model 860, Humphrey Field Analyzer. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with 10 USC 2304(C)(1) AND FAR Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 339115. The delivery order will be firm fixed price and F.O.B. Destination. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 2:00 PM (EST) Aril 14th, 2016. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, GLAC, 115 S. 84th St., Suite 101, Milwaukee WI 53214-1476 or via fax to (414) 844-4878 or via email to matthew.wright2@va.gov. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All quotes received by the response date and time may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement after receipt of response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
