Please include "VA247-16-Q-0496" in the subject line of emails. ***All Request for Quotes (RFQ's) shall be submitted by Friday April 15, 2016 at 2:00 PM EST via email to takya.smith@va.gov. No RFQ's will be ACCEPTED after this deadline. *** ***Award shall be based on the lowest price technically acceptable basis. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of quotations meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards and salient characteristics.***
