- Pre-Deployment Training Program (PTP) Support Services This is a solicitation notice/combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A separate written solicitation M67400- 16 - T - 0029 has been issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-C9D. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 561210. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. ITEM NO 0001 Site Coordination SME, ITEM NO 0002 Organic & Foreign Weapons, ITEM 0003 Tactics SME, ITEM NO 0004 Travel, ITEM NO 1001 Site Coordination SME, ITEM NO 1002 Organic & Foreign Weapons, ITEM 1003 Tactics SME, ITEM NO 1004 Travel, ITEM NO 2001 Site Coordination SME, ITEM NO 2002 Organic & Foreign Weapons, ITEM 2003 Tactics SME, and ITEM NO 2004 Travel. The Contractor shall provide fully qualified personnel, supervisions, administrative support, and training necessary to perform Pre-Deployment Training Program (PTP) Support Services to III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), Expeditionary Operations Training Group (SOTG). The Contractor shall provide specific subject matter expert(s) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System Award Management (SAM) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Proposal), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web site http://www1.fbo.gov under solicitation M67400- 16 - T-0029. (X) SF1449 (Solicitation M67400-16-T-0029) completed. (X) Offerors shall submit three separate volumes: (Volume I, II, III, and IV) - Qualifications of Key Personnel - Quality Control Plan - Proof of Facility Clearance (FCL) THE OFFERORS MUST SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SPECIFIED UNDER "SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS" IN THIS SOLICITATION TO BE CONSIDERED AS RESPONSIBLE OFFERORS. The solicitation also shall be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. I t is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure that the Contracting Office receives all required documents. After submitting offer(s), it is Offerors' responsibility to receive acknowledgment from the Government. All offers shall be in the English language and priced in US Dollar.
