- MEVE - PURCHASE ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES GENERAL INFORMATION This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor; providing the best value to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) P16PS00988. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. This RFQ is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All small business concerns may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the National Park Service (NPS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423610 and the small business size standard is 200 employees. REQUIREMENT Mesa Verde National Park has a requirement for the following: Electronic materials required for electronic rehabilitation of ten (10) maintenance buildings. Required equipment is identified in detail on attached bid sheet (attachment #1 to P16PS00988). Award will be based on price and delivery schedule. Interested vendors should submit with their quote a projected delivery date, if awarded. PROPOSAL QUOTES ARE DUE for this combined synopsis/solicitation on April 25, 2016, at 5:00 PM Mountain Daylight. Emailed quotes are required with all required documentation; no oral quotations will be accepted. Email quotes to Bill Walton at bill_walton@nps.gov. Quoters must furnish the company name, DUNS number, address, phone number, email address, and official point of contact. Electronic Commerce will be used for this solicitation. Reference FAR 4.5 Electronic Commerce in Contracting. Vendors must have active System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Inactive registrations will not be considered for award. All Quotes must be signed by authorized company official and emailed to bill_walton@nps.gov Product must comply with specifications outlined in the attached bid sheet. In order to be considered a responsive quote, attached bid sheet must be filled out completely and returned with quote.
