Description
BPA Solicitation _ Hazard Navigation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912HP-16-T-0001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement. There will be no guaranteed minimum quantities purchased and the Government will be obligated only to the extent of authorized call orders placed against the resulting Agreement. The Government intends to award at least one, but no more than three BPAs for this requirement; however, the Government reserves the right not to award any Blanket Purchase Agreement. Any resultant Blanket Purchase Agreement will be for a one year base contract and four option years. This office proposes to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a requirement that includes retrieval of sunken vessels, vessels that have broken their moorings and floating obstructions such as dredge pipe and appurtenances, floating docks, and other miscellaneous items. All work and diving must be carried out in accordance with EM 385-1-1 "Safety and Health Requirements Manual". SAM: System for Award Management (SAM) applies to this procurement. You must be registered in SAM in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Information on SAM registrations and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. NAICS Code: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488330- Navigational Services to Shipping with a Small Business size standard of $38,500,000. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This requirement will be a 100% Total Small Business. Proposals are due April 22, 2016 2:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time.
