Description

04/13/2016 Total Small Business Set-Aside This is a request for quote to replace the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Cab Roof, and re-covering the base building roof at Jacksonville International Airport, in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. Vendor will provide all materials, supervision, labor and equipment to perform the reroof the cab, base building and link section at the Air Traffic Control Tower, Jacksonville International Airport, 14400 Whirlwind Ave, Jacksonville, Florida 32218 The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the request for quote. Therefore any cost associated with the request for quote submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This competition has been set aside for Small Business. Interested firms should review the attachments and provide a quote and the required documentation to nia.glover@faa.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. May 06, 2016. The Offeror ™s proposal must include all required certifications (See Specification) and a completed FAA Business Declaration forms. Please complete section K with the proposal. All responses to this request for quote must be received by Monday, May 06, 2019, 5:00 p.m. CT (Oklahoma Time). All submittals should be submitted by email to nia.glover@faa.gov 03/22/2016 To attach the scope of work and specifications. 03/21/2016 This is a market survey capability assessment, sources are being sought to replace the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Cab Roof, and re-covering the base building roof at Jacksonville International Airport. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate Competition exists to set-aside the Competition among small businesses, service disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement- This document should identify: Type of services provided by your firm, Size and type of services provided by previous contract elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance), Number of years in business All responses to this market survey must be received by Wednesday, March 28, 2016, 5:00 CST.
