- The Missouri Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Delcam USA, Inc. located at 275 E South Temple #305, Salt Lake City, UT, 84111. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333515 and the size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is to provide the following: FeatureMILL 2.5D - Advanced 2.5D milling, production milling, 4th axis indexing, 4th axis wrapping, engraving, IGES/DXF/DWG file import, feed rate optimization and advanced 3D simulation verification. P/N: FMILL25D, 1 ea. FeatureMILL 2.5D Maintenance - 12 months of product support, updates and new releases. P/N: MTIC-FMILL25D, 1 ea. FeatureMILL 3D Lite Add-on to FeatureMILL 2.5D - Provides additional functionality for simple surface modeling and surface milling. No solid modeling or flowline guide surface is available in this product and it does not include FeatureRECOGNITION. Pre Requisite: FeatureMILL 2.5D. P/N: FMILLMD2FM25D, 1 ea. FeatureMILL 3D Lite Add-on to FeatureMILL 2.5D Maintenance - 12 months of product support, updates and new releases. P/N: MTIC-FMILLMD2FM25D, 1 ea. FeatureRECOGNITION - Optional module for milling, turning or wire EDM (included with FeatureMILL 3D HSM). Automatically and interactively recognizes and programs features from solid or surface models. Allows native file import from SolidWorks, SolidEdge and Inventor. 3D models in IGES, DXF/DWG, ParaSolid & ACIS are supported. P/N: FRECOG, 1 ea. FeatureRECOGNITION Maintenance - 12 months of product support, updates and new releases. P/N: MTIC-FRECOG, 1 ea. Delcam University Online Class - Access to one Delcam University online class for 90 days for commercial certification of Delcam products. P/N: TR-DCU, 2 ea. The proposed effort will be solicited on the basis of other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The proposed effort will be procured in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures. On 19 August 2015 the Air Force Metals Technology Office signed a standardization letter that all Air Force Metal Technology (AMT) will use FeatureCAM software. This is in an effort to enhance continuity and training across the AMT workforce, as well as permitting file sharing across the AMT community.
