- Limited Source Justification This J&A is being posted in compliance with FAR 8.405-6, within 14 days after placing an order exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold that is supported by a limited-sources justification. On April 12, 2016, The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases issued a task order to Zayo Group, LLC under HHSN272201600159U. This order was issued under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 501, as implemented by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized for the justification. The justification document is provided in the attached package.
