- MCIEAST-Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Contracting Department gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to KGS, 2677 Prosperity Ave Ste 100, Fairfax, VA, 22031-4929 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This requirement is to provide warranty coverage and service on the 10 mannequins currently at the Field Medical BN. The services needed are listed below. - P/N KGS-TFX-ARP-1 - Annual Repair Program per TFX System - 12 month service and maintenance for KGS brand mannequins. - P/N KGS-TFX-CS-3 -3DAY CUSTOMER ONSITE SUPPORT - TWICE A YEAR - P/N: KGS-TFX-ODC-CEC-ODC CONUS 3 DAY ONSITE SUPPORT. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
