- THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) has issued an RFQ to existing WFLHD Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders for Geotechnical Drilling Services on Forest Service Road NF-917 in Flathead County, Montana under RFQ No. DTFH7016Q00031. The Western Federal Lands Highway Division previously sought qualified suppliers for Geotechnical Drilling and support services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items, and in conjunction with FAR 13.303, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, BPA. Geotechnical Drill companies interested in quoting on this work will need to have an established BPA with Western Federal Lands Highway Division. The BPA will be established for Geotechnical Drilling and support services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items and in conjunction with FAR 13.303, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, BPA.
