- Purchase description This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for BID (IFB), nor is it construed as a commitment by the government. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance found in FAR 5.207, and is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offeror's of an upcoming solicitation for service. The AFSC/PZIMA Group located at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source procurement to Honeywell Inc. for a Ball Valve Test Holder Assembly 1 ea, Honeywell Part Number 290275-1-1, Rod Trimming Holder Assembly 1 ea, Honeywell Part Number 287137-1-1 and Special Pliers 1 ea, Honeywell Part Number 287771-1 The solicitation will be posted under the same reference number as stated above.　 It is the responsibility of the contractor to monitor FBO on a regular basis for any amendments. Please submit any questions concerning this requirement in writing, via email before the closing date. Questions need to be emailed directly to delbert.briggs@us.af.mil
