Description

Request for Information 1. This action is a Request for Information (RFI) Only. 2. Dyess AFB located in Abilene Texas, has a requirement to purchase a computer-telephone system for an alternate command post that can seemlessly connect to the main command post's Siemens HiPath 4000 Real Time IP Phone System. Before deciding whether or not to proceed with a sole source requirement, Dyess would like to determine if other telephone-computer systems are capable of seamless connectivity and interoperability with the main command post's Siemens HiPath 4000 Real Time IP Phone System. All information provided will be treated as procurement sensitive. 3. If the Government decides to proceed with this procurement, a solicitation should be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Paper copies will not be available. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates/amendments to any all all documents for this solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The closing date and time for submission of proposals will be contained in the solicitation package.
