- Please see the attachments for the Sources Sought Notice and the Draft Statement of Work for more information in regards to this requirement. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 531390, with a size standard $15.0M. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement or Request for Proposal (RFP) may be published on FBO or GSA eBuy or both. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 22, is seeking sources for a contractor to provide project management support in the areas of real estate, environmental services, historic preservation, and legal services and master planning support pertaining to the development of VA's 388-acre West Los Angeles, California campus (WLA Campus) located in Los Angeles, California. Industry Day/Site Visit An Industry Day, along with a site visit, is tentatively scheduled for May 5, 2016 at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, West LA Campus located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90073, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in which information concerning this requirement will be presented. The meeting is open to any interested company (large or small business) that possesses the capabilities to support the requirements listed above and in the draft Statement of Work (attached to this Sources Sought notice). Attendance at the Industry Day is not mandatory, and in no way affects any company from submitting a response (Capabilities Statement) in to this Sources Sought notice and/or a proposal in response to any forthcoming solicitation. Industry Day registrations are due by email no later than Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 10:00 AM, PST to stephen.kwak@va.gov.
