- Commanders' Resource Integration System (CRIS) Justification and Approval (J&A), Redacted. CRIS is a read-only, multi-tier relational data warehouse providing execution visibility on FM appropriated data across all echelons of the Air Force. The CRIS warehouse receives data from multiple legacy systems: Budget, Accounting, Supply, Fuels, Flying Hours, Civilian Pay and Personnel. The breadth and depth of data in CRIS reduces data collection efforts and provides business intelligence tools for users, managers, and leaders to analyze, track, and report on financial execution status. Over 15,000 users utilize the CRIS warehouse through a business intelligence tool or web application, executing over thirty million queries a year. The CRIS program's mission is to deliver reliable, accurate, and timely execution status of FM appropriated data to AF users, managers, and decision makers. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Contract Management Division (AFLCMC/HIBK), 4225 Logistics Ave, Building 266, Room A208, Wright- Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, 45433, awarded a sole source contract to TekSouth Corporation (Teksouth), a small business out of Gardendale, Alabama, for the maintenance and sustainment of the Commanders' Resource Integration System (CRIS). A Justification and Approval (J&A) for this sole source acquisition was approved on 28 January 2016. This J&A will be posted.
