- RFI HSFLGL-16-I-00007 This announcement constitutes a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This request for information is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, Solicitation, and Request for Quote, or an indication that the Government will contract for the items in this RFI. The Government does not intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this RFI. Any responses received will not be considered nor used as a proposal. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia is conducting market research for the purpose of gathering information from industry for Enterprise Warehouse Package Tracking System to support the following: a) Support an enterprise solution for tracking mail and packages as they enter, move through, and exit four FLETC facilities: Artesia NM; Charleston SC; Cheltenham MD; and Glynco, GA. b) Support compatibility and replication with existing data; and to c) Provide operations and support services for the in-house hosted software and hardware solution.
