- Requirement For a base year and four option years for each line item (total 8 machines): maintenance shall include all replacement parts, preventative maintenance, toner, labor costs, and minimum warranty. Printer maintenance shall be billed quarterly - based on actual usage. Maintenance service shall be local with same day response time support. **Note: The period of performance for the last two above line items would need services to begin on May 11, 2016 for the base year and May 11 for each option year.
