- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering National Stock Number (NSN) 6695-01-444-7073, Transducer, Motional, in accordance with Bell Helicopter Textron Inc CAGE 97499 P/N 901-375-874-101 or Rosemount Aerospace Inc CAGE 59885 P/N 1122723C. Estimated Annual Quantity 180 EA. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity 45 EA applicable to the base year only. The 5-year maximum contract quantity is 900 EA. FOB Origin Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted. FAR 13.5 procedures apply. Item is a Critical Safety Item used in support of the Aircraft, Osprey V-22A, Marine Corps; Aircraft, Osprey CV-22B; and V-22 Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE). Source control item. DLAD clause 52.217-9003 Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is April 29, 2016. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
