- Site Maps for WVP Waste Pumping Solicitation Solicitation for WVP Waste Pumping The US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District, CENWP-CT-S, Portland Oregon 97204 intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for waste pumping and associated services needed at the Willamette Valley Project (WVP) in Western Oregon. Areas requiring this service include the following US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects within the (WVP): Fern Ridge, Lookout Point, Dexter, Fall Creek, Hills Creek, Dorena, Cottage Grove, Foster, Green Peter, Big Cliff, Cougar, and Detroit. This is a performance based contract for providing a pumping and disposal service of septic tank, chemical toilet, and vault toilet waste products and for the rental and servicing of disabled/non-disabled portable units. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 562991 with a size standard of $7,500,000. The Period of Performance is: Base Year: Date of Award through 30 April 2017 Option Year 1: 01 May 2017 through 30 April 2018 The solicitation and a site map are attached as two separate documents.
