- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is L16PS00393 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. This is a total small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611430. The small business size standard is $11.0 million. The Schedule of Items are as follows: Analysis and Improvement Plan Implementation (six months)$ Option 1: Additional three months (9 months total)$ Option 2: Additional three months (12 months total)$ The complete description of the Schedule of Items can be found on the attached ¿Terms and Conditions ¿ document.
