- Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with a Base and (4) Option Years in response to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being set aside 100% for Small Business. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide restroom cleaning services for approximately fifteen (15) dry vault restrooms - six (6) double vaults and three (3) single vaults - located at various locations throughout Stony Gorge Reservoir Recreation Area, Glenn County, Elk Creek CA.
