- Attachment 1: Draft Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment 2: Price Excel Sheet (Non-binding Price Estimate) Department of Defense Education Activity Grade 3-11 Alternate Assessments for Students with Severe Cognitive Disabilities This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.201(e). The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires an alternate assessment for students with sever cognitive disabilities in grades 3-11. Please provide a response to indicate whether your organization has the capability to provide the support DODEA requires as identified in the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1). Specifically address your capability as it relates to the requirements in Section 4.0 Requirements in the Draft SOW. DoDEA is gathering this information as part of its market research process in order to gauge whether or not the requirement can be provided by one single source or multiple sources. DoDEA strongly encourages all potential vendors who can meet the requirements in accordance with the Draft SOW to respond by filling out the information below. The responses you provide will help DoDEA in the process of officially posting a solicitation. DISCLAIMER This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI will be treated as business confidential information. Nonetheless, submitters should properly mark their responses if the information is confidential. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expense associated with responding to this RFI. HOW TO RESPOND Please submit responses electronically to the points of contacts identified below no later than Friday, April 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. EST with the Subject Line "RFI Alternate Assessment SPED". Preferred response format is email attachment files in Microsoft Word, Power Point, or Excel. All questions and inquiries shall also be submitted electronically to the Points of Contact (POCs) named below.
