- The US Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to repair John Deere 850C front and rear pumps at Mid-Columbia River NWR John Deere 850C Repairs, Burbank, Washington. Contractor shall pick-up the bulldozer from and return the bulldozer to 497 Gallant Rd Burbank, WA 99323. Procurement is a total small business set-aside. Applicable NAICS code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Small business size is defined as $7.5 million. Evaluation criteria is defined as follows: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers; Technical capability, Past performance, and Price as per FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items. The Period of Performance will be from date of award through approx. June 30, 2016. Award anticipated on or approx. April 27, 2016. Solicitation and attachments will be posted on or approx. April 18, 2016. Quotes due on Monday, April 25, 2016 4:30 pm by email to Cheryl_Mockford@fws.gov.
