- Solicitation for Janitorial Services for Waco Lake and Three Rivers Project Offices, Waco, Texas This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720. Size standard: $18.0 Million. The resulting long-term contract will be firm fixed price, stand-alone (P-Type) contract. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated. Only one offer will be made by the government. Project Information: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Janitorial Services for the duration of the contract period as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance will be for a total of three years with a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods.
