- Description
- Justification and Approval for SBIR Support Contract Extension Per FAR Clause 52.217-8 "Option to Extend Services", the Government has extended support contract W911NF-13-C-0087 through 31 January 2017 due to changing requirements within the program. This extension was exercised in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source". A follow-on competition will take place in the coming months. Reference attached J&A for full justification of this extension. Note specific sections are redacted due to ongoing deliberative processes within the Government's requirement planning.
