- Description
- Justification & Approval Water & Sanitary Sewer extension Extend 10" sanitary sewer system from Pennsylvania Ave to the site to include sanitary manholes and 6" sanitary laterals. Install parameters will require a looped water system to ensure water quality to the area. Extend 10" water main, install fire hydrants, 8" service connections, and install 1-1/4" water service to the site. Sitework, landscaping, concrete restoration and required system upgrades as needed would be included as part of this wholisitic effort. Design and oversight fees were also to be included in the estimate provided.
