- Description
- The Contractor shall provide the following equipment, available for rental without operator on an as-needed basis, delivered to a designated location per individual delivery order(s). This work includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and all incidentals necessary to deliver the equipment in accordance with the specifications of the awarded contract. 1. Medium Excavator (minimum operating weight of 50,000 pounds); 2. Small Excavator (minimum operating weight of 15,000 pounds); 3. Bulldozer (minimum operating weight of 20,000 pounds); 4. Motor Grader (minimum operating weight of 25,000 pounds); 5. Vibratory Steel Wheel Compactor (minimum operating weight of 25,000 pounds); 6. Water Truck (minimum tank capacity of 2,000 gallons). The Government intends to award a one year, firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the option to extend the term of the contract(s) for four option years (2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020). This is a multiple award contract, the Government may award a maximum of three (3) contracts. Equipment delivery locations shall be limited to the Detroit and Sweet Home Ranger District boundaries of the Willamette National Forest, and the contract performance period will be ordered via Individual Project Task Orders. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 05/02/2016. Note: prospective awardees MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal Government Contract.
