- LPTA Evaluation Plan Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) Request for Quote (RFQ) with embedded Performance Work Statement (PWS) The objective of this procurement is to remove current deteriorating floor in the computer room and install computer room-grade high pressure laminate floor tile, and furnish electrostatic discharge (ESD) carpet tile at DISA-PAC EMSS.
