- Solicitation MCC-16-RFQ-0102 and Addendum 1 Addendum 2 Bio Data Form Addendum 3 Position Description The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a United States government-owned corporation created in 2004, whose mission is to provide grant assistance to support economic growth and poverty reduction in select developing countries with a demonstrated commitment to just and democratic governance, economic (Compact) with MCC that includes a plan for achieving shared development objectives and the responsibilities of each country in achieving those objects. The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Division of MCC's Department of Policy and Evaluation (DPE) is seeking a full-time Personal Services Contractor (PSC) to serve as an Open Data Analyst to lead the curation (documentation, review, and preparation of evaluation and results-related data products) for public dissemination, as well as technical management of MCC's evaluation and data catalog. The analyst will report to the Managing Director of the Monitoring and Evaluation Division (M&E) in the Department of Policy and Evaluation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most recent Federal Acquisition Circular located at https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=far_looseleaf.
