- The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to identify capable, qualified businesses to provide New York Times online access to the above referenced publication or equal for West Point, NY. Potenital qualified sources shall meet size classification standards under NAICS code 519130 - Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals. Interested offerors shall demonstrate, in a qualifications statement, that it can provide these subscriptions. This is a sources sought announcement and not a request for technical or cost proposals. An award will not be made on the basis of this notice, and there will be no reimbursement of costs incurred by potential offerors responding to this notice. Description of Requirements: This procurement is a one year site license subscription via IP access for the US Military Academy to the New York Times Online, with one option year. It includes access through a web browser as well as using the App on tablets and iPads. It also includes discipline-specific educator resources for faculty to use in classroom settings. This purchase includes all articles and stories published in the New York Times. Also required is the ability for each USMA user to create their own account using their USMA email and self-generated password. A solicitation does not exist to be provided.
