- SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. No other Solicitation is available. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for lodging for a total of 100 rooms per night for the period of June 19th, 2016 through June 24, 2016. Provide lodging at a rate at or below that's allowed by the Federal Travel Regulations (TAX EXEMPT). Award will be based on meeting the specification listed within the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror who is Lowest Price, Technically Accepted (LPTA). Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. All offerors must include a completed annual representations and certifications for commercial items or certify that annual representations and certifications have been completed via the online website at http://www.orca.bpn.gov. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The offeror must have a current profile in the Online Representations and Certifications (http://orca.bpn.gov) prior to award. The above referenced FAR clauses and provisions may be accessed via the World Wide Web at www.arnet.gov/far. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and must reference the solicitation # DJA-16-ANC-PR-0603. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All quotes must be submitted via email to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov. All quotes must be received by 3:00PM EST on April 22, 2016 and must reference the solicitation number. Quotes received after the stated time will not be accepted. All quotes shall include the following contractor administrative data: (1) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and; (2) Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS).
