- Sole Source Justification The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Arrowhead Scientific, Inc. for one CrimeCam FSIS Camera and Equipment. This requirement is for the Atlanta Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is David.Yates@ic.fbi.gov.
