- DB Wage Rates RFQ SF18 SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires contractor assistance in performing network infrastructure upgrades and modifications based on recommendations from the Network Assessment (conducted at the site earlier this year) that have been reviewed and approved by ARS/OCIO. All work to be conducted is being performed at the discretion of ARS/OCIO; final composition and configuration of installed components will be determined by ARS personnel to best support the mission of the location and ARS IT operations. Pursuant to FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be greater than $25,000 but less than $120,000. All applicable Department of Labor Wage rates apply. Contractors intending to conduct business with the Federal Government MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award.
