- The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intents to issue solicitation W912QR-16-T-0041 for Water Quality Data and Sample Collection. One award will be made from this Solicitation. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 541620 ($15.0 Million Size Standard). This solicitation is to collection of water quality data and samples in streams and reservoirs at 20 Louisville District reservoir basins during the 2016 sampling season, and for delivery of these samples in accordance with the attached scope of work and the attached Wage Determinations. The solicitation will be available on the web only. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. To download the solicitation for this project, contractors are required to register at the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments will be available from the FBO website by download only. Downloads are available ONLY through the FBO website.
