- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Rock House Products International, Inc. (Cage Code 1GBE2) for the procurement of up to seventy-one (71) each Deck Edge Cameras (P/N 67740-2) and up to eighty (80) Pan/Tilt units (P/N 628512-1) in support of the Aircraft Launch and Recovery Visual Landing Aides Program. The Government intends to award a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not possess rights to the data to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
