- Drawing 11751159 Rev K dated 08 September 2014 Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources of supply for the acquisition of Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) Paper in accordance with (IAW) drawing 11751159 Rev K dated 08 September 2014. The drawing for this requirement is not restricted and can be obtained by going to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website www.fbo.gov. Contractors must have an FBO account prior to accessing any Technical Data Package (TDP). ACC-RI will no longer make TDPs available to order via CD-ROMS. Interested sources need to submit terms and conditions, place of manufacture, production capability, delivery lead times, warranty, and cost estimates for budgetary purposes only. Delivery locations shall be FOB Destination: Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN, and McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. The NAICS code for these items is 322220 and the business size standard is 750 employees. Please indicate your company business size in your response. There is not a firm requirement for VCI Paper. This is for MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the Government. The information you provide will only be utilized by ACC-RI in developing its acquisition approach for future requirements.
