- Site Tour and One-on-One Meetings The NNSA will be holding a site tour of the Sandia National Laboratories location in Albuquerque, New Mexico for NNSA?s Solicitation DE-SOL-0008470. The pertinent information for this event is below: Date: Wednesday, April 27, 2016 Time: 1:00 pm to 5: 00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MT) If requested, One-on-One Meeting will be offered starting on Thursday, April 28, 2016 or Friday April 29, 2016 in Albuquerque, NM. One-on-One meetings will be held between 9:00 a.m. ? 3:00 p.m. for thirty minutes on these two days. Location: TBD Who: All potential Offerors interested in the follow-on Management and Operating (M&O) contract competition of Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) Pertinent Documents: ?Request for Access to the Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) ?Each individual planning on attending the Site Tour must complete the request for access sheet and return to the Contracting Officer (password protected) by Tuesday, April 20, 2016 no later than 3:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). One-on-One Meetings: If prospective Offerors believe One-on-One meetings will be of value, the NNSA requests that you email the acquisition mailbox at SEB6@nnsa.doe.gov by 11:00 am EDT Tuesday, April 20, 2016 to request a meeting. If One-on-One meetings are held, they will be conducted on Thursday, April 28, 2016 or Friday, April 29, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (MT), as needed. Each meeting will be limited to thirty (30) minutes. The NNSA will schedule One-on-One meetings and notify prospective Offerors of their scheduled time and date by 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2016. When requesting a One-on-One meeting, please provide a name for the primary point-of-contact, phone number, email address and the names of individuals attending (limited to 4 people). The Government is still determining where One-on-One meetings will be held. Offerors will be notified of the location when they are provided their scheduled time and date. The intent of the One-on-One meetings is to allow prospective Offerors an opportunity for NNSA to listen to additional recommendations and/or suggestions for the draft Solicitation documents posted on March 21, 2016. Company public relations information shall not be disseminated or discussed during these meetings.
