- Technical Requirements Document (TRD) Specification Statement of Work (SOW) This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an invitiation for bid (IFB), nor is it construed as a commitment by the government. The synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance found in FAR 5.207, and is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offeror's of an upcoming solicitation. The United States Air Force (USAF) at Hill Air Force Base intends to award a contract to design, manufacture, install and integrate two shock isolator test towers (SITT)in accordance with the attached Specification, Statement of Work (SOW) and Technical Requirements Data (TRD). The CLIN structure for this requirement will be: CLIN 0001 - SITT Towers Quanitity 2 EA CLIN 0002 - Technical Data CLINs 0002AA through 0002AW - Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) quanitity 1 LOT. In accordance with FAR 52.219-6, this requirement will be a total small business set-aside. The solicitation will be posted underthe same reference number as stated above by the contracting office (OO_ALC/PZIMB), which is located 6038 Aspen Ave. Bldg 1289 Hill AIr Force Base, Utah 84056. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOps (FBO) at www.fbo.gov on approximately May 2, 2016 with a closing response date on or about June 16, 2016.
