- Presolicitation This is a presolicitation notice to purchase next generation sequencing services on an Illumina HiSeq or NextSeq platform. This technology is a type of massively parallel DNA sequencing, a high-throughput approach to DNA sequencing. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is for full and open competition; no set-aside will be used. The associated NAICS code is 621511. The small business size standard is $32.5M. Performance period shall be June 1, 2016 through December 31, 2017. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on April 15, 2016 and will close on April 25, 2016 at 01:00 pm MDT. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
