Description

Event Announcement The Rural Small Business Connections is designed to provide small businesses and small farmer-owned cooperatives with the exposure and insight to increase small business contracting participation with the Federal government. Conference attendees will have an opportunity to participate in a full day of learning discussions led by program and small business procurement officials from USDA, and other Federal agencies. Agriculture isn't just food!!! USDA purchases construction/repairs of highways and office buildings, professional support services, land-treatment supplies, fire prevension control, aviation, tree thinning and the list goes on and one!!! The event will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm at the Perry Paige Auditorium -- Florida A&M Univeristy, 1740 South Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL 32307.
